Thank you all for being a part of this love story; the love that has stood the test of time. Haruna and Juliet met in Duluth Georgia on a blessed Tuesday afternoon at a FedEx Kinkos store. Juliet, at that time, a pre nursing student, was studying for her nursing exam at Kinkos. She had visited that store countless times to study because it was right across the street from her apartment. On that fateful day, one of the store managers walked up to Juliet to say hello because he had seen her plenty of times. The minute he heard her speak, he asked where she was from and a conversation ensued because he was African as well. Few minutes into the conversation he stated that he had a friend who delivered there daily and he wanted Juliet to meet that friend. That friend was Haruna and because Juliet was focused on school and was not interested in any relationship, she turned down Haruna's advances. Haruna did not give up; he pursued Juliet.
Several months later, Juliet said yes to a date and so many more dates after that because she met the kindest human God designed for her. That was the beginning of this great love story. Blessed with two beautiful blessings together, Ella and Isaiah, several ups and downs, our love has stood the test of time and will continue to blossom.
